For the second consecutive day, the Sudanese Armed Forces

For the second consecutive day, the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) and its allied extremist militias linked to the former regime have continued their relentless air strikes on innocent civilians, targeting residential neighborhoods in the city of Gibeish, North Kordofan State. These attacks have resulted in dozens of casualties, including the tragic death of a child and numerous injuries. The use of barrel bombs has caused extensive destruction of residents' homes.

The repeated aerial assaults on cities, villages, and rural areas in Kordofan and Darfur reflect the blatant and systematic targeting of innocent civilians based on racial and ethnic grounds. These attacks represent a grave violation of international and humanitarian law, specifically breaching the Geneva Convention on the Rules of War.

We assure all Sudanese people and, particularly, the victims of SAF aerial bombardments, that the crimes committed against them are thoroughly documented, sufficient to convict the perpetrators at the highest levels of the political and military establishment. We pledge that we will not rest until justice is served, whether in courtrooms or on the battlefields where these criminals have fled from one city to another. The firm will and determination of our courageous forces will inevitably bring them to justice, wherever they flee.
